Refunds and Returns

We ask that you thoroughly inspect your package(s) upon arrival for any damages. In the event damage occurs during shipping, please report any issues along with supporting photos (REQUIRED) within three (3) days of delivery to support@noireessentials.net. You will need to email us with your order number including the date of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Noire Essentials will not be responsible for any shipping fees incurred for returning the candle.

Please keep in mind, our candle fragrances are inspired by personal experiences and individual scent perspectives. We understand scent is perceived in different ways and our descriptions may not meet your expectations.  At this time, we do not accept returns for customers’ general dissatisfaction.
