Our Story

Our fragrances are created by perfumers dedicated to the art of perfumery. We ensure consistent quality and safety by using only phthalate-free, functional blends with essential and perfume-grade oils, avoiding harsh chemicals and cloying synthetics for a clean, irritation-free experience.

Our sense of smell is a gateway to wellness. The aromas we welcome into our homes shape how we feel, influencing our calm, our comfort, and the emotional connection we share with our space and with one another.

My relationship with fragrance began in childhood. I was raised in a home where scent was not a luxury but a quiet form of emotional nourishment. It set the mood, softened the edges of our day, and created an atmosphere where everyone felt considered and cared for. My mother used lemongrass to refresh the air, lavender to soothe nerves, and cedarwood to restore grounding. Candlelight became a cue to slow down. Through these rituals, I learned the true power of functional fragrance. It could comfort an agitated elder, calm an emotional teenager, ease a parent’s stress, and elevate the most sacred moments of home.

I have been captivated by candlelight since I was nine. During Hurricane Alicia, we lost power and relied on candles for light. My grandfather’s comforting words, “Never be afraid to sit in the dark as long as you have a little light,” sparked my lifelong love for flame.

After decades of relying on candles and home fragrance as part of my wellness practice, I noticed a recurring problem. Many luxury and mainstream fragrances, though beautifully composed, were too harsh, overly synthetic, floral-forward, or overwhelming for sensitive noses. I longed for scents that offered depth without heaviness, elegance without irritation, and beauty without compromise. I realized many others were searching for the same experience.

Determined to bridge this gap, I collaborated with fragrance manufacturers and professional perfumers who approach fragrance creation with intention, innovation, and a deep respect for wellbeing. Noire Essentials offers wellness-driven home fragrances composed of soothing botanicals, refined essential oils, precious resins, and modern aromatic notes. Each scent is designed to support your emotional rhythm, bringing grounding, clarity, and warmth to the spaces where you live, heal, gather, and rest. Our fragrances invite a slower pace, a deeper breath, and a balanced way of being at home—soulful yet sophisticated, familiar yet elevated, and crafted to enrich the daily rituals that make a house feel like home.

When you light your candle from Noire Essentials allow the flickering flame to serve as a radiant message of peace, light and love from my house to your home.

ECO-FRIENDLY COCONUT- SOY WAX BLEND AND RECYCLABLE VESSELS

We use a clean-burning coconut soy wax blend for its excellent fragrance throw and sustainable, non-toxic profile. Lead-free cotton wicks burn with a quiet glow, casting a soft, meditative light that invites stillness and presence.

Our clear, recyclable vessels  showcase the candle’s natural beauty throughout the burn cycle. When the candle is complete, the vessel can be repurposed as a floating tea light holder or cocktail glass, combining elegance with everyday practicality.
