SHIPPING AND RETURNS

  • FREE shipping on all orders over $125.
  • Standard Shipping.  Monday – Friday via USPS Priority Mail within 3-7 working days. Please contact us for expedited shipping arrangements. 

We will ship to the address you provide upon checkout.  We ask that you check and confirm your address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during your order, and all costs associated with amending an incorrect address are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We will not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends and major holidays. During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, order processing and shipments may be delayed due to high order volumes. You will receive a tracking number generated by the courier and attached to the dispatch confirmation email. The status of your order can also be viewed by logging into the Customer Login area of the website if you have set up an account. Occasionally tracking information may not be available, this will usually be due to the time of arrival of the package with the courier and the updating of their systems. Please contact us should you have any questions or concerns.

We try our best to provide clear expectations of delivery times and to communicate with you as quickly as possible should any difficulties occur. Occasionally, there may be circumstances beyond our control and quoted delivery dates cannot be maintained, i.e. bad weather, carrier delays, etc. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, caused by a delayed or failed delivery. Please contact us should you have any questions or concerns regarding the status of your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues. 

We are only able to ship to the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes,  Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. Currently, we are not able to ship internationally at this time. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

 

RETURN POLICY

We ask that you thoroughly inspect your package(s) upon arrival for any damages. In the event damage occurs during shipping, please report any issues along with supporting photos (REQUIRED) within three (3) days of delivery to support@noireessentials.net. You will need to email us with your order number including the date of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Noire Essentials will not be responsible for any shipping fees incurred for returning the candle.

Please keep in mind, our candle fragrances are inspired by personal experiences and individual scent perspectives. We understand scent is perceived in different ways and our descriptions may not meet your expectations.  At this time, we do not accept returns for customers’ general dissatisfaction.
